STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at Tuesday, February 16th - 7:07pm CST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the lot closing.<br>

LOAD OUT: Shipping Is Available! Winning bidders may pick their items up at 16513 Cornerstone Drive; Belton Missouri on Wednesday, February 17th from 1-5pm & Thursday, February 18th from 9-12pm. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials & moving equipment.<br>

SHIPPING OF FIREARMS: All firearms must must be shipped to an FFL (Federal firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing, FFLs are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you) and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to the buyer. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any required background checks, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL.<br>

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly.<br>

Handguns: Out of state residents must have handguns transferred to a FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee) in their state of residence and buyer must take possession from them. They are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you) and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to send the handgun to the FFL. For Kansas residents, if you use our recommend FFL they will charge $15 per handgun to do the transfer; the gun will be available for pickup in Kansas. <br>
