VERY IMPORTANT: This will be a combination Online/ Live event. The online auction will open at 11:00 AM on Thursday August 29 and will close at 1:30 PM on Thursday August 29. The winning bidder will be contacted immediately after the close of bidding to participate in the Sheriff's Sale on the Courthouse Steps in Pittsboro, MS. at 2:00 PM on Thursday August 29.

This is a Sheriff's Sale. All items will sell for Cash or Certified Funds due immediately at the conclusion of the auction.<br>

Titles to vehicles will be transferred to the buyer by a court order following the Sheriff's Sale. The Purchaser's money will be retained in an escrow account of the court until clear Mississippi titles can be transferred to the buyer. The vehicles will remain in the possession of the auction company until such time.<br>
